04/26/11: Deputy Amstutz arrested a white male, 21 years of age, for possession of narcotics at the basketball court/playground area of The Lodge at Oakhurst. This incident occurred while deputy Amstutz was patrolling as a member of our Oakhurst Security Team.

Illegal activity will not be tolerated in Oakhurst.

OCA is now offering "O" bumper stickers to all residents. The cost is $3 per sticker. They are reflective & will assist our security teams in determining if vehicles belong in the neighborhood. Cash is not accepted & your OCA account must be paid in full.

Stickers are available at CAM's offices during regular business hours of 8:30 to 5:30 Mon/Fri at 9802 FM 1960 West Suite 210, Humble Tx

Stickers will also be available on May 7th & 14th from 10am to 2pm at the Oakhurst Pool Clubhouse .Stickers only available during pool tag days at this location.

Thanks to our contracted security officers, four people were arrested today in Oakhurst for driving 4-wheelers on MUD district property. One of the 4-wheelers was determined to be stolen. All of the 4-wheelers were impounded and hauled away. Citations were issued to all individuals.

In the last few weeks two vacant houses (which were for lease or for sale) have had items stolen. The last one was on Bitter Root. There were signs of forced entry and all of the appliances were stolen. The other on had no apparent forced entry. 

Please be on the look out for any suspicious activity.
